It is understood things happen in life and emergencies come up, but I kindly ask that you try your best to give at least 48hrs notice of cancellation or reschedule. For instances that come up the day of your appointment please be mindful that you could be responsible for a cancellation charge. Cancellation the DAY BEFORE your scheduled appointment will result in a $50 non refundable/non transferable charge. Less than 24hrs/ Day of cancellations will result in a 100% non refundable/non transferable charge based off your appointment total. NO SHOWS will be automatically charged 100% of their total and will require a non refundable/non transferable 50% deposit on any future appointments scheduled
